Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal-Molasses Cookies

0.5 cup Butter
0.5 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.5 cup Molasses, Blackstrap
2 cup Wheat Flour
3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1.5 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
0.125 cup Mixed Nuts
1 tsp(6 g) Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal-Molasses Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cream together butter, honey, and molasses.

  3. Add vanilla, baking soda, salt, and flour.

  4. Fold in oats, raisins, and nuts.

  5. Spoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool before moving to a wire rack.

  6. Makes approximately 48 small cookies.
