Great breakfast food. I create the dry ingredients in a large amount then just scoop it out for breakfast and add the water and microwave for 2 min.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal mix

1/4 cup oatmeal
1/8 cup skim milk powder
1/16 cup flax
1/16 cup ground almonds
1/8 cup raisins
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal mix

Combine all dry ingredients in large amount in the ratio 4:2:1:1. Add Raisins and water just before cooking in microwave - 2 mins.
