Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Milk

1 cup oatmeal, cooked
2 cups water
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey, (or maple syrup to make it vegan)

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Milk

Cook the oatmeal w/a pinch of salt, allow to cool. Blend everything together in a blender.
