Simple and very healthy oatmeal. Cook ahead of time and microwave portions daily.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal/MC

1 cup Organic Steel Cut Oats
1 cup dry Whole Oat Groats
0.75 cup Oat Bran

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal/MC

Soak oats and oat groats in 6 cups of water overnight. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Stir in oat bran. Serve with fresh fruit, raisins, honey, agave syrup, sprinkle of cinnamon, pumpkin butter, almond butter -- the possibilities are endless.
