1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 T. Honey
1 oz. Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal w/ Honey, Berries, & Walnuts

  1. Cook 1/4 cup oatmeal in 1/2 cup of water.

  2. Stir in 1 T. Honey.

  3. Stir in 1/2 cup Frozen Berries.

  4. Add 7 whole raw Walnuts.
