54 tbsp Pouch Mix Oatmeal Cookie Mix
1/2 cup Natural Apple Sauce
3/10 tablespoon Oil, canola
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1/2 cup Walnut Pieces
1/2 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
8 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1/4 cup Pitted Dates
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1/2 tsp Allspice, Ground

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Hermits

  1. Mix one package of Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix with one egg, 2 tbsp cold coffee, 1/3 cup canola oil, 1/2 cup natural applesauce, and then all other ingredients on the list.

  2. Bake 10-12 min at 375 degrees. This recipe makes 30 cookies.
