Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Hazelnut Pancakes

2 cups fat free milk
1 1/2 cups quick oats
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
2 tablespoons honey

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Hazelnut Pancakes

  1. Mix milk and oats in large bowl. Whisk in eggs. Add flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in hazelnuts and honey.

  2. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls on heated oiled griddle. Cook about two minutes on each side.

  3. Serve with maple syrup.
