Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Granola Bars

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour (or regular flour)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Granola Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. In two separate bowls, mix dry ingredients, then wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry, mixing until combined. Pour batter into a cooking-sprayed baking dish (mine is 117). Sprinkle raw oats on top if you like (will make it look prettier!).

  3. Bake 30 minutes. Cut into 8 bars and cool on cooling rack.
