Quick healthy breakfast or snack on-the-go!

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal-on-the go

1/2 cup molasses
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 cups rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal-on-the go

  1. Preheat oven to 325

  2. Grind about 3 cups oats in food processor to yield about 1 1/2 cups

  3. Mix all wet ingredients together

  4. Slowly fold in dry ingredients

  5. Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch pan

  6. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes (till golden brown)

  7. Cool and then cut into 12 bars

  8. Wrap well in plastic wrap then freeze
