Oatmeal with blueberries, walnuts, and flaxseed.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal w/fruit & walnuts

0.33 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.7 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.13 cup Chopped Walnuts
3 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal w/fruit & walnuts

  1. Thaw Blueberries.

  2. Put blueberries, oatmeal, milk, flaxseed, and sugar in bowl.

  3. Microwave for 1 minute.

  4. Stir and microwave for 30 seconds.

  5. Cover and let sit for two minutes.

  6. Add nuts and eat.
