Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Fruit Shake

1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup fresh papaya
1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
3 Baby Bananas

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Fruit Shake

  1. Soak your oats in water overnight. If you cannot soak them overnight, an hour to two hours is okay. Cook the oats before you add them to the shake. This makes the oats soft and helps makes the shake smooth.

  2. Measure each ingredient.

  3. Dice, cube, or cut as necessary.

  4. Put them in the blender!

  5. Serve cold or at room temperature.

  6. I personally don't use crushed ice because it makes it watery. Separation is natural.
