Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal fruit muffin

1 cup oats
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup applesauce
1/4 cup molasses
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup cranberries, diced
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for oatmeal fruit muffin

  1. mix oats, buttermilk, brown sugar, oil, molasses & eggs.

  2. mix dry ingredients

  3. add to wet

  4. stir in fruit

  5. line muffin cups and bake 20 minutes

  6. at 400
