1 serving Steel Cut Oats-Whole Foods
20 grams Spinach-Organic Nature's Promise
1 serving Swiss Cheese- Giant
1 serving Egg-Nature's Promise Organic Cage Free

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Florentine

  1. Put 3 parts water to 1 part oats in a small sauce pan on the stove. Bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer until the water is gone. Stir frequently

  2. Saute the spinach in a non-stick pan and mix in with the oats

  3. lay a slice of swiss cheese on top.

  4. Fry the egg in a non-stick pan with a little bit of cooking spray and lay on top of the cheese
