1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp flaxseed, milled
1/2 cup oats, quick, ground

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Flaxseed Pancakes

  1. Grind oats and flax seeds.

  2. Mix pancake mix, water, oats and flax together.

  3. Spray pan or griddle with non-fat cooking oil.

  4. Should make four dense 6" pancakes.
