Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal flax breakfast

1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp. flax seed, ground
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 banana
1 egg
1 egg white
1 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal flax breakfast

  1. add flax, eggs, oatmeal, salt, cinnamon, and a cup of water and mix

  2. cook in microwave for 2 minutes

  3. take out and stir

  4. cook an additional 30 seconds

  5. cut up banana or other fruit to put into the mix

  6. serve immediately
