No-bake energy bites. High calorie, but these are great for my little kiddo that actually needs the extra calories. Kids love them!

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Energy Bites

1/8 cup natural peanut butter
1/8 cup almond butter
1/2 cup oats
1/8 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup chocolate chips (mini)
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Energy Bites

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except the sugar.

  2. Tightly roll into 1 inch balls.

  3. Optional - dip into granulated sugar.
