Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal energy bars

3 cups oats
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups applesauce
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons flax
2 tablespoons fat free milk
1/4 cups dried cranberries
1/4 cups almonds
1/4 cups chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for oatmeal energy bars

  1. mix the sugar, vanilla, applesauce, milk and oil in one bowl

  2. mix the flour, flax, cinnamon, salt in another bowl.

  3. mix together

  4. add the flour

  5. add the oats

  6. add the cranberries, chips, and/or nuts

  7. spread on cookie sheet

  8. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes
