This is our favorite way to eat Oatmeal.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal with Dates and Nuts

1 oz BUTTERMILK
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/4 cup Chopped Dates
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 scoop Stevia Powder
10 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal with Dates and Nuts

  1. Soak oatmeal and salba in 5 oz. water with 2 Tbsp. Buttermilk overnight.

  2. The next morning boil 5 oz. of water with salt and stevia. When boiling add oatmeal, Salba mixture and stir until well mixed and boiling again.

  3. Turn down heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Add dates and nuts, cook until warmed through. Serve with milk.
