Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal with dates and flax

4 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
2 serving Trader Joe's multi grain hot cereal
1 cup Unsweetened Original
8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal with dates and flax

Heat soy and almond milk over medium heat in a medium saucepan. When hot, add chopped dates, cinnamon and flax meal. Cover and turn off heat. Let sit 10minutes for dates to soften. Stir, breaking up dates. Turn up the heat and bring just to a boil. Add the 1c of multigrain cereal and stir. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer, stirring occassionally for 15 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
