Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Custard

80 g oats
6 large egg whites
20 g wheat bran
16 oz water
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash fresh nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Custard

  1. Whisk all ingredients in large microwavable bowl.

  2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.

  3. Whisk vigorously.

  4. Microwave on high for 120 seconds.

  5. Whisk vigorously.

  6. Add desired sweetener like stevia or splenda.

  7. Serve immediately as a warm cereal or chill overnight and eat as cold custard.
