Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cup

150 cal Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.188 serving (Mountain Maid) Nonfat Dry Milk
0.16 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.02 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.025 tsp Cloves, Ground
1 serving Continental Butter Chips
0.13 cup Raisins

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cup

  1. 1/2 cup Oatmeal

  2. 1 Tbsp of powdered Non fat Milk

  3. 1/8 Tsp of Cinnamon

  4. A pinch of Nutmeg and Ground Clove

  5. 2 Tbsp of Raisins

  6. Premix all these ingredients in a snack or sandwich back to use. Put into a heat resistant container, when ready add 1 cup of boiling or near boiling water. Cover and let stand for 5 or more minutes. And enjoy.
