Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Crunch Cookies

3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Splenda for baking
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Crunch Cookies

  1. Beat together butter, sugars, egg, milk and vanilla.

  2. Add combined flour, salt and soda; mix well. Stir in oats, wheat germ and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven to to 12 minutes. Yields 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
