300 grams Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
30 grams Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cream Stew

Bring vegetables and milk to a boil and then add oatmeal and simmer until thickened. Add 3/4t of salt before serving.
