Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cranberry Raisin Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups quick cooking oats
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cranberry Raisin Cookies

  1. Cream butter, brown and white sugars, eggs, spices, and vanilla for about 5 minutes, until well blended.

  2. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture a little at a time mixing well.

  3. Mix in raisins and dried cranberries.

  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake for 12-14 minutes at 350F.
