Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

1 cup Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
2 1/2 cups Oats
1 1/2 cups Pecans
1 cup Dried Cranberries
1 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar. Stir in eggs, vanilla. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon (add other spices such as ginger, nutmeg, cloves, allspice if desired). Add dry mixture to wet mixture, stir well. Stir in oats, pecans, dried cranberries, white chocolate chips. (Except for the oats, you can use other similar ingredients as you wish). Spoon onto baking sheets, bake 9-11 minutes at 350F.
