0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.13 cup Cranberries Dried Fruit
0.06 cup Chopped Walnuts
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
