Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Craisin Muffins

1 cup porridge oats
1 cup water
104 g cup margarine
300 g brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
110 g egg white
1 cup flour, whole wheat
160 g dried blueberries
12 g whey protein
12 g psyllium husk
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Craisin Muffins

  1. Soak oatmeal in boiling water for 20 min

  2. Cream sugar and Butter

  3. Add eggs and beat

  4. ad dry ingredients and mix

  5. fold in oatmeal mixture

  6. bake at 375 for 20 min
