Healthy... no added fat! and so yummy!!

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1/2 cup craisins

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

  1. heat oven to 350F

  2. beat together apple sauce, sugars until creamy

  3. add egg and vanilla; beat well

  4. add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well

  5. stir oats and craisins in; mix

  6. drop onto lightly greased cookie sheet by spoons into 1.5-inch circles

  7. bake 10-12 minutes or until golden
