Mom's first attempt at healthy cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/3 cup skim milk
3 cups oatmeal
2/3 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Splenda
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup mandarin oranges

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix all ingredients well. Spoon onto a Pam sprayed cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with confectioners sugar while still hot.
