Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal cottage cheese bread

2 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
6 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 package dry yeast
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal cottage cheese bread

  1. Mix all ingredients together in bread machine on dough setting.

  2. Place in two bread pans and let rise one hours.

  3. Cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
