Oatmeal cookies with walnuts, raisins, and dates The analysis says they are 150 calories per cookie; however, there are some errors in the calorie count. The cookies are closer to 100 calories per cookie (about 38-40 g). These have no cholestrol and very little sodium. If you use real egg, butter, sugar etc.... calorie count will be double and cholestrol will be sky high.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup splenda brown sugar
1 cup splenda no calorie
1/4 cup egg beater
1 1/2 cups smart balance butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup walnuts
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup dates

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy

  2. add egg, vanilla, and honey

  3. add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and oatmeal

  4. add remaining ingredients

  5. Spoon onto greased baking sheet, flatten slightly

  6. Bake about 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
