Makes 12 servings



No flour, no sugar, even no fat if you want! I used 2 tablespoons soy protein, but to calculate the calories, I had to use whey protein. You can substitute eggs with 1/4 cup flaxseed meal mixed with 1/4 cup water, (let it stand about 10 minutes). It gives a "C" grade, but for added sugar and alcohol? Makes 12 small cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cookies

1 medium banana
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 apple, chopped finely
2 tablespoons bran, oat
1/2 ounce whey protein
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup nuts (pecans,walnuts)
1/4 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Blend eggs, butter and vanilla.

  2. Mix in remainder ingredients.

  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
