Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cookies

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3/8 cup applesauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup oats

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinammon, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together butter, sugar, and applesauce until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and blend until well mixed.

  4. Slowly mix in dry ingredients and oats until completely absorbed.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
