4 tbsp skim milk instead of 2tbsp and 1tbsp butter... 1/2tbsp oil

Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal cookies healthy 3!!!!

1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.75 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 oz SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.15 cup Natrel Ultra'milk Skim
0.007 serving emma olive oil (1tbsp=120 cal)

Recipe Directions for oatmeal cookies healthy 3!!!!

  1. Ingredients:

  2. Whole wheat flour - cup

  3. Oats - cup

  4. Raisins - cup

  5. Sugar - cup

  6. Baking powder - tsp

  7. Vanilla essence (opt) - 1 tsp

  8. Oil - 1 Tbsp

  9. Low fat / Skimmed/ Whole Milk - 2 Tbsp

  10. Butter - 1 Tbsp (Can reduce this and add more milk)

  11. Sieve and Knead all ingredients together.

  12. Divide into balls and flatten them to desired size.

  13. Grease the baking pan with oil/flour.

  14. Bake at 375 F 15 mins or till done.

  15. Allow to stand for 15 mts.

  16. (Above measurement gives about 8-10 cookies of size as shown in the picture.)
