Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cookie Granola Light

2 cups oats
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 T. Smart Balance light, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup honey
1 T. flaxseed meal
1/2 cup shelled edamame

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cookie Granola Light

  1. Zap thawed edamame.

  2. Melt Smart balance and add vanilla.

  3. Combine all dry ingredients and edamame.

  4. Mix in Smart Balance very well.

  5. Mix in honey very well.

  6. Bake at 325 x 10 minutes. Stir. Continue baking and stirring at 5 minute increments until very golden but not burned!
