The kids call it desert. But it is Old Fashion Oatmeal enchaned with berries, yogurt, nuts and eggs whites for protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Complete Breakfast

1 cup Oatmeal
3 egg whites
4 tbsp Splenda brown sugar
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup blackberries
1/3 cup raspberries
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Complete Breakfast

  1. Boil one cup of water, add eggs whites stir,

  2. Add oatmeal and cook about 5 minutes.

  3. Microwave the 3 berry combination (Kirkland (frozen) Three Berry).

  4. Serve oatmeal

  5. Add brown sugar or Splenda brown sugar,

  6. Pour berries over the top,

  7. Pour Dannon Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt on top , and top off with walnuts.
