From old bread machine book -- would like it a little sweeter but good.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Bread

2 cups wheat flour, whole-grain
1 cup white flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp butter
2 1/4 tsps yeast
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Bread

  1. Combine dry ingredients

  2. Add milk, water, brown sugar to bread pan

  3. Add combined dry ingredients

  4. Cut butter into four pieces and place in corners

  5. Add yeast in center

  6. Set bread machine on sweet or fruit/nut setting

  7. Add raisins after first rise (5 minutes)
