Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cinnamon Bars.

2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup apple sauce (cinnamon)
1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cinnamon Bars.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add the applesauce and oil. Stir just until blended.

  2. Pour the batter into a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Baking for 20- 25 minutes or until the bars are in the center. Allow the cakes to cool on a wire rack before cutting it into bars.
