Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cinnamon Apple Muffins

1 c. whole wheat flour,
1 c. Rogers Porridge Oats
1/2 tsp salt,
3 tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp nutmeg,
2 tsp cinnamon,
1 egg,
3/4 c. skim milk,
1/4 c. apple sauce,
1 med. apple, diced
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cinnamon Apple Muffins

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients thoroughly and mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl.

  2. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the moist ingredients.

  3. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake 15-20 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
