Oatmeal Banana Chocolate Chip muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal chocolate chip muffins

1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
4 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 cup Applesauce
1/2 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 large Egg, Whole
8 tbsp Special Dark Chips
0.33 cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal chocolate chip muffins

  1. combine 1 1/2 c rolled oats, applesauce, and milk. Let sit.

  2. Place other 1 1/2 c oats in food processor, blend until smooth. Add 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.

  3. Add two overripe mushed bananas to wet oat mixture. Mix well and add to try mixture. Add oil and egg, mix well. split into 12 lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 20 mins
