Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Chip Bars

1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
4 large Eggs
1 cups Mashed Bananas
1 cup Peanut Butter Low Fat Smooth
1/2 teaspoon Salt
6 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Chip Bars

  1. In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and eggs until well blended. Add bananas, peanut butter and salt until blended. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips.

  2. Spread batter into a 15-in x 10-in x 1-in baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350* for 10-15 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
