Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal, Cathy's

1/4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 serving Milled All Natural Flax Seed (serving)
14 grams Raisins, Seedless
1/4 serving 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
1 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal, Cathy's

Cook old fashioned oats the way you prefer then take off heat and add flax seed, wheat germ and raisins. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add milk and brown sugar and enjoy. Can double the recipe and reheat the other half the next day.
