1 cup, pitted, chopped Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
1/2 cup Jumbo Whole Cashews Roasted and Unsalted
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/5 cup Sweetened Dried Cranberries Dried Fruit

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cashew Cookie Larabars

  1. Toast oats in oven at 350 degress for 8 minutes.

  2. Combine ingredients in food processor until they are meal-like.

  3. Add water to moisten (if needed).

  4. Press into cupcake pan.
