Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Cakes

3/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 cup water
4 Egg Whites
1 Egg
4 tbls Walnut Oil
2 tbls Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Iodized Salt
1/4 cup Sugar, White
2 scoop Whey Protein
4 cup Oatmeal
1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour, Hungarian High Altitiude

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Cakes

  1. Mix together liquid ingredients in a large bowl, then mix in sugar, flour and oatmeal.

  2. Optionally add some yeast during prep and let sit for less density.

  3. Optioanlly add a dash of baking soda and/or vanilla extract.

  4. Spoon mixture into a partitioned baking pan (sprinkle some of the sugar on top of cakes prior to baking, this will make them seem sweeter than they really are).

  5. Bake 60:00 @ 350 F
