1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
8 oz butterscotch chips
