Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Buttermilk Pancakes 2

1 cup oatmeal
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 egg
1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp splenda
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Buttermilk Pancakes 2

  1. Combine oatmeal and buttermilk and stir well.

  2. Add egg and stir well.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  4. Spoon onto a lightly greased skillet or pan. Cook on medium high heat until edges start to bubble, then reduce to medium low. Continue to cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and allow other side to become golden brown as well.
