2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
3 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
3 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
0.5 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 egg Grade A Large Organic Eggs
2 egg Grade A Large Organic Eggs
2 egg Grade A Large Organic Eggs
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Buttermilk Cinnamon Pancakes

  1. Soak oats overnight in 2 cups buttermilk.

  2. Whisk dry ingredients together. Add 1 cup buttermilk with eggs and maple syrup to oat mixture and stir, adding dry ingredients and stirring just until mixed. Pour on hot griddle 1/4 cup of mixture and keep warm in oven.
