Oatmeal Brulee Recipe

Makes 2 servings



If desired, top with 2 oz of greek yogurt and half a tbsp of nut butter for an "icing"

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Brulee

1 cup oats
1 cup milk
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 pinches salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 small banana, sliced
1 egg
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Brulee

  1. Mix together everything except for the brown sugar.

  2. Put in a baking dish lined with parchment paper for easy removal.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 375*

  4. Remove and set the broiler

  5. Top with 2 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar and smooth out evenly

  6. Broil for about 2 minutes. Watch the parchment paper that it doesn?t burn! (trim the edges for this reason)
