Variation of Oatmeal recipe. Oates and nuts soaked overnight in water/kefir.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Breakfast v2

1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
25 g dates
60 g blueberries
15 g walnuts
15 g almonds
2 tbs ground flax seed
1/2 cup kefir

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Breakfast v2

  1. Oats, nuts and spices soaked overnight in water/kefir mixture.

  2. Simmer on stove top.

  3. Fruit added during cooking.

  4. Ground flax seed added when served.

  5. 1/2 cup Kefir served on top.
