1/2 cup oatmeal, cooked
18 g raisins
2 oz egg whites
1/2 cup banana

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Breakfast

  1. Cook egg whites in microwave for 1 minute

  2. Prepare oatmeal according to package and serve 1/2 cup

  3. Add raisins to oatmeal

  4. Place fruit on top of oatmeal

  5. Serve
